Following on from yesterday's lesson on multiplying by 10, 100 and 1000, today we are going to be dividing by 10, 100 and 1000.  There's a video to watch (it's a good idea to have a piece of scrap paper/whiteboard to write on) and then a sheet to complete.

Please start today’s lesson with another chapter of your reading book. Then, move on to suffixes. I’ve included two PowerPoints and a song to help you understand the purpose and meaning of suffixes.

When you finish reading please complete your worksheets. The first worksheet is for everyone;-) If, however, you would like some additional work, please do the extension task. I am certain, everyone will have a go;-)
