Keeping a healthy mind often means finding new things to do when you're bored.  With so much time being stuck at home, now is a great time to try something new.  Download these 20-minute boredom busters and pick a few to do.  Also, learning something new is a great way to keep yourself happy.  If you're not sure which one to choose, try listening to some music from a genre (type) you wouldn't normally listen to.  Why not ask your grown-ups what was their favourite music when they were young!  And then have a listen and see what you think.  There are 19 other activities to choose from.  We would love to hear which ones you did and if you enjoyed them.
