This week we begin a very exciting Design Technology task - designing and building our very own marble runs.

This week we are planning our design and starting to collect resources - we won't start building until next week.  But as your grand design might take a while to build, you might want to plan to do a bit every afternoon, so it might take a few weeks to complete.

At the bottom of this page is a Design and Technology booklet.  This can be downloaded and printed or the questions can be answered on plain paper if you don't have a printer.  There is a PDF and Publisher version.  You could download the Publisher version and type/import diagrams into that.  However, you will need Publisher installed on your machine.

One member of Armstrong Class must have been reading our minds, because she has already built a very impressive marble run.  Have a look at the video at the bottom of this page!  I'm sure she won't mind if you 'borrow' some of her ideas!
