Good morning Year 5! 

 

Well done for all of your fantastic work on prefixes over the last couple of weeks.  Today we are going to look at word classes.  This focuses on your understanding of nouns, verbs and adjectives. I have also included a re-cap on adverbs, pronouns, prepositions and determiners just to remind you!

This week I have given you a couple of PowerPoints to look through to help with your understanding.  I have also included a fun music video as I couldn’t resist! Then choose one of the sheets to complete based on how confident you feel.  Take your time, don’t rush and re-read your answers carefully!
