Have a Great Summer!

 

Thank you all so much for the wonderful work you have sent us this week.  It has been great to get to know you all and see your incredible artwork.

 

Later today you will receive an email from your new teacher.  This email will include a very exciting announcement: our first topic!  We will also put this on the website.

 

Over the summer holidays we would like you to do a few things.  

 

  > Log in to Times Tables Rock Stars when you can to keep your skills sharp;

  > Read some amazing books.  We would love you all to have read some books over

     the summer and we look forward to you telling us all about them in September;

  > Write something.  It doesn't matter what, just pick up a pencil and write.  A

     letter, a poem, a story, a diary, a joke - anything, just write!

  > Draw something.  Produce a piece of artwork about something you see that

     inspires you!
