For today's English task, you will need some lined or plain paper.

Reading

 

Today we are going to read Chapter 3.

 

Have a think about the following questions as you read:

 

1. In chapter 3, mum and dad are arguing. Can you identify the arguments each person has? What points are in their debates?

 

2. Have a think about what you would do if you were in Cameron's position and why.

Bonus Maths!

 

For your work this afternoon, we have got some extra maths for you to work on!

 

Firstly, there is an arithmetic paper attached which you should allocate 30 minutes for (no cheating!). See if you can beat your highest score.

 

We have also set up a Hawking vs Pankhurst Battle of the Bands on Times Tables Rock Stars. As you already have quite a bit of work to be getting on with today, this will only be running from 1pm until 3:30pm, so please don't spend too much time in front of the computer if you can help it!
