While it is important to look after our own mental health and well-being, we shouldn't underestimate how important we are to the mental health and well-being of others. Even something as simple as a phone call or text to check in with someone could have a bigger impact than you know.
For today's activity, we would like you to complete the Helping Heart sheet. Think about which actions you can do to keep your own mental health and well-being good and what you can do to help someone else who might need a bit of help, support or even just a smile (or virtual hug!)
