Hi Reception and welcome to another week of fun learning in RE! 

 

This week we will be thinking about why Christians help each other.  You have already been thinking about acts of kindness, been busy with your lovely kind acts and did amazingly well with your kindness sorting. 

 

To start you on this, we have included a PowerPoint with some questions for you to think about and then a short video of 'The Good Samaritan'.  You should be familiar with this story as we have already discussed it in class.

 

You have 2 tasks this week.  For each task you can either draw a picture of yourself doing the task, take a photo or write it down for us.

 

Task 1 - Do something kind for someone to show that you care.  You could use the list of kind acts from 2 weeks ago to give you some ideas if you need it.

 

Task 2 - Do something kind for yourself.  What makes you really happy? Could you go for a walk?  Go in the garden?  Read a story?  Find something that brings you joy and make yourself happy (TV, Ipads, phones etc don't count - avoid screens!! )
