Home Learning (COVID)
Our new topic this term is called,
Flow. We will be reading the story, The Wind and the Willows. I have attached the full movie. I think you will thoroughly enjoy this story and learn some fantastic new vocabulary to help improve your writing skills.
We will be looking at the famous painting of The Haywain, by John Constable, and then learning how to draw it by learning new sketching techniques, as well as connecting your existing knowledge of Suffolk (from our last topic) and the famous paintings of lakes and rivers.
You will also learn how to use an Atlas and discover where the most famous lakes and rivers are around the world. You'll need to learn how to use a grid reference!
Welcome to a New Term
We hope you've had a wonderful break and well rested!
