Today, you are going to learn about several of the most important Greek gods and goddesses: we would like you to watch the first video to get an overview of the Ancient Greek civilization. 

 

After that you are going to look at a powerpoint and write notes (important words and phrases) about the gods and goddess in preparation for tomorrow when you will be writing up an information text to send in to your teacher.  You can choose whether you would like to write about 4 or more, depending upon how much you would like to do.  We have included a choice of two optional templates to help you plan (each gives you room to write about 4 - but you can of course add to this if you wish).  Our only request is that you include Zeus, because he is the most powerful god.
