Friday 28th May
Your homework this week is to create an amazing, fun-packed non-fiction page all about caterpillars, moths and butterflies. Use all of the features of non-fiction writing we have learnt this year (headings, sub-headings, bullet points, glossary, diagrams and more) to make your writing exciting and easy to understand. You could include pictures, illustrations and diagrams. Why not include a labelled diagram to explain the life cycle of a butterfly? Make sure your page is packed full of information and is colourful.
You can do your own research although there are some files below to get you started. We look forward to seeing your finished work.
As it's half term, you have got until Friday 11th June to bring your work in.
Challenge: Can you find out how Southwest Airlines in America helped a Monarch Butterfly?
