Okay, time for maths, 

 

Yesterday, you started to learn about 3D shapes and their properties, which you will be continuing today. I would like you to look at yesterdays maths video on 3D shapes, and play, Maths is fun, an online maths game. 

 

What can you remember about 3D shapes? What do you see that is similar to the 3D shape you are looking at? The importance of this task is to learn the terminology relating to shape, such as the name, number of side, edges, etc. 

 

The worksheet below is ready for you to label and name each of the shape's properties. I have also provided a matching shape game (if you are able to print), 3D colouring pages and 3D shape nets.
