Good morning smiley

Well, how exciting, I have loved this topic! Have you?

Over the next couple of days, we're going to continue learning about Gods and Myths. Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom and War, in particular.

1. You are going to watch a few stories about Athena, Medusa and Perseus, and how Athens was named.

2. You are going to be asked to write about your favourite God or Myth so I would like you to take notes about the particular Gods and Myths that have captivated you while learning about their talents, skills, ambition and quests. Remember these are your notes to support your writing on Friday so ensure to write the correct terminology, spelling and facts you wish to discuss.

After watching the 2 videos of the day and taken your notes, I want you to click the link, which will take you to a page containing extra information about Athens and why it was known as The Golden Age of Athenians democracy. If you can, I'd like you to add a 'Did you know fact' to your notes so you can add it to your writing on Friday.

After you have read about Athens, I want you to clink the next link which takes you through to a page about how the Olympics started. I would like to link this to Mr Es PE page - 'Bishop Ridley-impics' challenges that Mr Edward's has created for you.
