5-a-side football tournament

On Friday 29th April Mr Edwards took some of our footballers to a 5-a-side football tournament.  Here is what one of the children had to say about the event:

"On Friday we went to Bexleyheath Goals to represent our school in football.  We all got there very excited and did our warm up.  The first game was quite nerve-wracking because they were pressuring us fast. Sadly, we didn't win that match.  The next game, we came straight back on against a very physical side and it was quite a good game.  Then the last game had quite a delay (about 10 minutes) We drew that match. It was probably our best match. One person scored a screamer and another player made an amazing save too! Unfortunately, we lost on penalties."

We finished 7th out of 11 schools to enter.
