Over the next two weeks, we are going to be revisiting a range of place value topics. As we have now finished teaching most of the curriculum content for Year 1, we will be focussing on consolidating the knowledge the children have acquired this year. As such, there won’t be much in the way of new content, but we will be revisiting key concepts from their prior learning to assess what they can and cannot do at this stage. Therefore, it is likely that some children may not find this quite as challenging, as the work will be more familiar to them than previous work during this home learning period. As such, please feel free to also carry out the ‘Diving into Mastery’ activities provided for some of the lessons.
