Maths
This week we are continuing with our topic on fractions and we would like to say how impressed we have been with the understanding that you have shown so far.
Today we are going to look at fractions that make one whole. Some of you have already begun to touch on this, when adding fractions with the same denominator last week, but all the fractions you add today will make one complete whole of a shape or quantity. First look at the video (the powerpoint and work set for today only addresses adding fractions to make a whole, but for those of you that enjoy a challenge, the video even looks at subtracting fractions of whole numbers)!
