Monday 25th January
Good morning Year 4! We hope that you and your families are all well and that you were able to get outside and enjoy some fresh air and SNOW at the weekend!

English
We are having one last lesson on apostrophes today. I know that some of your found this particularly tricky last week, but well done for doing your absolute best. This week is a bit easier as we are going to be like apostrophe detectives and spot the mistakes. Watch and engage with the teaching video and online activity, then choose a worksheet based on your confidence, but that will still give you a challenge. Again, if you can write the sentences out, it will be a great way to practice your handwriting.

Here we are again learning some French. Who of you have been to France? Would you like to email me and tell me about your visit? I would like to hear about that
In todays lesson we are doing some more grammar. Again you should be able to complete this on your own and on your own pace. Please email me your score for the quiz at the end like you did last week. (I will be in school teaching so I will only reply to emails later:)
Tips to remember new words!
Write the new words down. This will also help you to learn the spelling of words.
