Hello Year 5. 

 

Please find a video below a video of a throwing exercise to help improve your skills for when we come back and play handball. Please ask permission from your adult before you throw things in their washing machine or anywhere else around their home. 

 

If you have the space, the equipment and an opposition then maybe you could play a game of 1 v 1 handball as well, teaching them the rules and the many skills that are accompanied with the game of handball.

 

If you have time after playing this game then please look at the Take a Break page for some other games to play.
