Hello

Today we are going to learn how to recognize unit fractions and non-unit fractions.  Let's begin our learning by revising our knowledge about simple fractions by clicking on to the Espresso Link video.

We will then watch the You Tube video, which explains what the numerator (top) and the denominator (bottom) of the fraction is and how these parts can help us identify unit and non-unit fractions.

After you have watched the videos, take a look at the powerpoint before deciding which worksheet to complete.  Good luck!
