We are moving on to a new topic today - Money.

If you have any change at home you may want to use this to help you with your learning, especially in recognising all the different coins.

Today we are going to be looking at an extract (part) from Chapter 1 of Stig of the Dump. You may remember this part from yesterday. It's a fantastic example of how the author uses vivid and accurate detail to the description of the setting (where the story takes place) and the action that takes place. Don't forget that all of Chapter 1 can be found to read on Wednesday 20th January page.

Please watch the teaching video and then the attached worksheet. You can complete this by printing it out, typing directly onto the computer or using a pencil and paper to write down any examples that you find. We can't wait to see your work!
