27th March 2020 - Celebration Worship
Today is Friday the 27th March 2020.
Welcome to our collective worship page. It's Mr Keep here. May the Lord be with you.
Today we come to the end of our first week of home learning and we are going to celebrate some of the perseverance and dedication which pupils have shown across the school.
Here is a song to start off with - I Give You My Hallelujahs - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NbsCyNIMCE
For our Bible verse today, I would like to remind you about our verse from Monday:
“Above all, love each other!”
(1 Peter 4:8.)

Well done to Elliot for his fantastic train model. You showed creativity and innovation. Well done!
Year 1
Maddie, you produced a fabulous piece of work to show what objects you would choose if you had to select your most precious possessions (like Samuel Pepys did). Great work!
Mr Murphy would like to commend Arthur, Billy, Sam, Emilia and Libby who have all produced some excellent work every day,
Year 2
Mrs Coles selected Sophia for her dedication to her home-learning and providing a detailed daily update. We are glad that you are enjoying your learning!
Mrs Horlock selected Georgina for the wide range of learning she has completed. She has investigated the different ways which plants have grown in her garden and is growing her own fruit and vegetables. This sounds really exciting!
Year 3
Olivia has shown endurance in her approach to maths, including revising topics she has previously covered in class. Well done, Olivia!
Year 4
Well done to Ahash for some lovely topic work including some fabulous Traders & Raiders designs. Keep up that great learning!
Amy has been producing some excellent work, sticking to a school routine and has even started her own viking embroidery! Well done, Amy!
Year 5
Ms Gorin couldn't pick between Frankie & Leo, so they both get Pupil of the Week. Well done for your excellent effort and hard work,
Year 6
Miss Facey and Mr Catchpole have chosen Jacob and Sophie. Jacob has had a busy week, but still managed to complete his home-learning to an impressive standard. Sophie produced some amazing research and a breath-taking drawing of a marine iguana! Fabulous work from both of you!
Our Prayer for Today
Let's finish the week with the Lord's Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever.
Amen.
Have a safe and enjoyable weekend and we will see you back on line on Monday.
