Volcano Competition

Over the Easter holiday, we are inviting the children (this is an optional activity) to get creative by designing and creating their very own volcanoes.

They have spent this half term learning all about volcanoes in Geography - how they are formed, their key features, as well as the three main types – active, dormant and extinct. This is a great opportunity for them to showcase their newly acquired knowledge.

Their designs are completely up to their imaginations – no set size and no particular materials need to be used.

We would like the children to return these to school on Friday 2^nd May, where they will be judged and a winner from each class will be chosen.

Half term homework

This half term, we would like the children to practise the Year 3 speed spell.

This will be complete on the first Friday back after half term (Friday 25th April).
