English homework – due in 13.1.26

In our English lessons this week, we have started to read our new class text of The Firework Maker’s Daughter. Over the next week, we will be planning, drafting, editing and publishing our own shape poems based on fireworks. Therefore, for this week’s homework, we are providing the children with the opportunity to consider the challenging vocabulary they would like to use in their poetry.

To do list: 

- Read your school book (10 minutes per night)

- Practise your spellings (10 minutes per night)

- Practise your 2, 5, 10, 3, 4 and 8 times tables

- Complete your English homework into your orange English book (due Tuesday).
