Maths Homework - due in 02.12.25

The children have now completed their unit on addition and subtraction and we are really proud of the progress they have made. To be able to add and subtract in columns is a vital skill that children will revisit every year. For homework this week, we would like them to continue to practise adding and subtracting using the formal column method. Please copy out each calculation neatly (one digit per box) into your yellow homework book.

The majority of children should be confident enough to attempt the calculations involving 3-digit numbers, however, we have provided a 2-digit option for those children who may still be lacking some confidence with this.
