This term, our homework will be set on a Friday and will be due in the following Wednesday.

We are trying to prepare the children for secondary school, where they receive daily homework. Please support your child by encouraging them to do their homework and ensure it is submitted in a timely manner.

Our weekly spelling test will be on a Wednesday this term. Please ensure that you learn your spellings each week. These can be found on the spelling page.

Thi week has been Children's Mental Health Week at Bishop Ridley.

Please read the text about Children's Mentah Health Week and answer the comprehension questions in your English homework book. Make sure you also take some time to do something that aids your own mental health - go for a walk outside, see friends, spend time with your family, play sport etc.

You have worked really hard this week with our latest round of assessments so make sure you take care of yourselves and  have a lovely weekend.
