Bishop Ridley School Band

We have a thriving brass band trained and led by our visiting music teacher, Graham Keir. Over the years the band has taken part in music festivals at Morley College and has also visited other local school to give recitals. They play regularly in school at Christmas and other times of the year. They have also taken part in a very successful and enjoyable concert with the school choir to raise money for the ‘Help for Heroes’ charity. The children have the opportunity to learn to play a variety of instruments including the cornet, trumpet, euphonium and French horn.
